Exchange Policy

Reporting Period

Any exchange request for damaged, missing or perished items must be reported within 1 hour after the item is received.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have implemented a strict reporting policy. It is assumed that customers have thoroughly inspected their items within 1 hour of receipt. As such, reporting of any issues or concerns after this time frame cannot be entertained.

Exchange Process

Upon receiving your exchange request within the stipulated time frame, we will conduct a thorough investigation to ensure eligibility. If you are deemed eligible for a replacement, we will proceed to arrange the delivery of the item(s) based on the next available delivery date.

Eligibility

Only items that pass our inspection and/or are in their original condition and packaging are eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy

Cut-off Period

Cancellation of orders may be done before the cut-off period, please check our Order and Shipping Information for cut-off period.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at +63 966 811 1733. Please provide your name, number and reason for cancellation.

Refund

Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be processed within 7 to 12 business days. Please note that transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please be aware that failure to cancel an order before the cut-off date, especially for items that are made-to-order, may result in the cancellation request not being granted.

A transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the processing costs associated during the initial payment and refund process.

Refund Timeline

Once the refund is processed, it may take 7 to 12 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
